Staff Care

We have implemented a work from home plan for all staff who are equipped and whose duties allow them to work from home.  For essential staff who are required to work in the field or at a location outside of their homes, we have implemented increased hygienic protocols and we will continue to monitor them for symptoms of illness in order to take proactive action.

Our Subsidiaries

In order to protect the well-being of our customers and staff and to enable them to remain in good health, we have implemented the following protocols with immediate effect:

1. Everyone entering our premises must have their hands sanitized by our staff at the door
2. Any patrons displaying flu-like symptoms, symptoms of malaise or illness, will be denied the use of our facilities
3. All restrooms are equipped with disinfecting hand soap; we encourage you to wash your hands multiple times while in the facility
4. All cashiers are required to use hand sanitizers whenever they handle cash or cards
5. All gaming machines will be sanitized multiple times daily
6. All surfaces utilized by staff and customers will also be sanitized multiple times daily

We encourage all our patrons to continue following the basic hygienic principles stated by the Ministry of Health to stay healthy and minimize the spread of the virus, and we commit to continuously monitoring and updating our protocols in this dynamic situation.

As a result of the BGLC’s implementation of the new government regulations to halt the spread of COVID-19, each Supreme Ventures Retail and Off Track Betting Location must observe the following protocols in order to remain compliant:

  1.  Display prominent signage guidelines on sanitizing and hand washing and information on social distancing
  2. Sanitization of each patron upon entry
  3. Bar operations are to cease, machines are not to be operated in these locations
  4. Limit the entry to no more than ten (10) persons and ensure that this number is maintained;
  5. Breaches that are observed will result in the Commission insisting on the closure of the premises indicated

We encourage all our patrons to continue following the basic hygienic principles stated by the Ministry of Health to stay healthy and minimize the spread of the virus, and we commit to continuously monitoring and updating our protocols in this dynamic situation.

Caymanas Park has reopened and will be operating while adhering to strict Covid19 guidelines. The new measures include seated socially distant spectators, mandatory mask wearing, frequent cleaning and disinfection of high traffic areas and temperature checks upon entry.

The pre-sale tickets will be available at the track ranging from a high of $1500 for access to the North Lounge and Jockey’s Club to a low of $300 for Bleachers and lower stands. Reserve and Grandstand will be available for $1,000.
