How to do I receive sponsorship from SVL?
See below a list of requirements which should provide you with all the information you need to request funding.
Please send an email to communications@svlgrp.com outlining the following;
- The reason you are seeking sponsorship
- The nature of the fundraising event you would be hosting including date, time and venue
- The date by which you would require our assistance
- The amount of funds you are requesting, including the tiers of sponsorship available
- The entitlements associated with sponsorship
- Please bear in mind that the processing for sponsorship may take more than 30 days

How do I receive a donation from SVL?

- Please bear in mind that all donations/contributions are only done via direct deposit
- Please bear in mind that the processing for contributions/donations may take at least three weeks
- Please bear in mind that donations are confidential and entitlements and/or public acknowledgement is not required on the part of the recipient and/or without the prior expressed consent of Supreme Ventures

How do I become a retailer?
Below you will find a list of requirements which should provide you with all the information you need to become a Lotteries Agent;
- Applicant should submit an application letter, stating
address of the prospective location, TRN (taxpayer
registration number) and telephone contact numbers for
the applicant - All prospective locations must be an established business
operation (Operating for one year or more) - Applicant should provide pictures of the building inside
and out (where you intend to house our machine)The above mentioned can be sent through the General Mail or via Electronic mail (email).

How do I claim my prize?
Please sign your ticket before presenting it to an authorized Supreme Ventures Agent, Prize Payment Centre, or at SVL Retail Centre.
Your winning ticket is just like money, as such we advise that it be treated with care in the same manner that you would treat your money with care.
Winning tickets must be presented to an authorized Supreme Ventures Agent, Prize Payment Centre, or at SVL Retail Centre’s in order to be validated and redeemed as follows:
Prizes up to $54,999 can be claimed at and paid in cash by any authorized Supreme Ventures Agent or authorized Supreme Ventures Prize Payment Centre.
All winners with prizes of $55,000 to $299,999 will be paid by cheque at our Regional Retail Centres in Kingston, Spanish Town, Savanna-la-Mar May Pen and Montego Bay.
Prizes from $300,000 and up must be claimed at and paid by cheque at the SVL/Supreme Ventures Prize Payment Centre at the Sagicor Building, Ground Floor, New Kingston.
Payment Options
Prizes to be paid in cash shall be so paid upon presentation of the winning tickets.
Jackpot Prize cheques shall normally be drafted and shall be available (within seventy two (72) business hours after the winning ticket is presented).
Under special circumstances, the payment of a prize or prizes may be delayed or deferred for up to ninety (90) days from the date of the draw to allow for investigation of any suspected irregularities.
Claiming Period
The Conditions require that players must claim and redeem winning tickets within ninety (90) days from the date of the draw.
How do I claim a damaged/Mutilated Ticket?
Tickets will be deemed void and not paid if mutilated or altered in any way.
- A copy of your ticket will be made
- Your name and contact information will be taken
- A copy of your ticket along with your contact information will be sent to our head office
- You will be contacted within 7-14 business with the findings of your ticket investigation
If your ticket is mutilated and we are unable to generate any information, unfortunately we would not be able to validate that ticket.
